This Sticky Base Coat acts like double sided sticky tape for traditional nail lacquer. It creates a durable and long lasting bond between the nail and lacquer for a longer hold. Color may vary from the one pictured.

Item comes in a glass 15mL bottle with stainless steel mixing beads.
